About TechnologyNow

Engineers who'd seen enough pilots quietly archived. So we built the firm that ships.

TechnologyNow is a Dallas-headquartered agentic AI firm. We're operators who became engineers, and engineers who became operators. Our work shows up in the metrics the business cares about — not on a vendor's case-study page.

Why we exist

Most enterprises don't need another AI experiment. They need agentic systems that hold up in production.

We started TechnologyNow because the gap between "AI demo" and "AI in production" has only grown wider — and that's where defensible value lives. Pre-trained models commoditize. Domain integration, governance and durable engineering do not.

Our principals have run global supply chains, closed quarterly books and led marketing organizations at Fortune 500 companies. We built this firm to do the work we wished a vendor had done for us — the unglamorous, integration-heavy, governance-aware work that turns a clever agent into a system the business depends on.

What we believe

Five principles we operate by

  • Outcomes over output. If we can't name the metric, we shouldn't be billing.
  • Production over pilot. The honest test is what runs at month-end.
  • Domain over demo. An agent without context is a chatbot in a costume.
  • Engineering over enthusiasm. Evals, guardrails and observability are non-negotiable.
  • Plain language over jargon. If we can't explain it to your CFO, we don't ship it.
Where we operate

One firm. Three continents. Engineered for time-zone reality.

Our teams are organized into pods that cover business hours across the Americas and APAC. That's not a coverage chart — it's how we keep work moving 22 hours a day without anyone feeling it.
